We believe in giving back to our community and supporting local farmers and organisations. When you buy directly from us, you’re not only enjoying high-quality Tasmanian beef but also supporting the vibrant communities in and around Lilydale, just 30 minutes from Launceston.

For those lucky enough to call Lilydale home, there are countless opportunities to engage with the community, from sports and arts to environmental and service clubs. We understand the vital role these organisations play and how much they contribute to our community’s well-being.
That’s why we pledge a small donation from every Beef Box sale to support these local clubs and organisations. A little help can go a long way, and we welcome suggestions for other groups that could benefit from our support.

Supporting Local Initiatives and Fostering Collaboration
To date, we have proudly supported various initiatives and events, including the Strike It Out campaign via Northern Tasmania Emergency Services Winter Gala 2024, the Launceston College Gala Auction 2024, the Lilydale Community Events movie night 2024, and many more.
Our contributions extend to Landcare Tasmania, the Tasmania Fire Service, Lilydale Demons Auskick, The Salvation Army Emergency Relief, and several local schools and clubs. At Summerlea Farm, we are committed to nurturing our community and fostering a spirit of collaboration and care.
