Our Angus beef is 100% grass-fed, without antibiotics or growth hormones, and we proudly adhere to ethical, traceable, and sustainable farming practices. We are fully accredited by Meat Standards Australia and Greenham’s “Never Ever” program, reflecting our dedication to excellence.
Our beef production is closely tied to the natural rhythm of the seasons. Starting in spring, when the lush grass provides ideal nutrition, our beef is available from spring through late autumn. During the winter months, we focus on calving and land regeneration, ensuring our farm and herd are in peak condition. This approach not only enhances the quality of our beef but also supports the health of our land and animals.
Our farm at North Lilydale produces restaurant-quality Angus beef that thrives in a low-stress environment, resulting in delicious, tender meat that truly reflects our care and commitment.

We offer sides and quarters of beef that are expertly butchered to your preferences. Each order comes vacuum-sealed for easy storage, and we’re happy to tailor the cuts and fat content to your liking.
Our selection includes gluten and dairy-free Classic Beef sausages, as well as Nathan’s preservative-free Beef, Salt & Pepper sausages. With beef available in limited quantities due to our small-scale operations, we recommend placing orders early.
